Andrew Levine is a Director of Investment Sales at ONE Commercial Realty Services, where he focuses on the evaluation, marketing, and disposition of commercial assets in Upper Manhattan. He specializes north of 96th Street with a keen capital markets knowledge of Morningside Heights, Harlem, Manhattanville, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights and Inwood. Andrew also helps supervise agents in Midtown and secondary markets in Brooklyn, giving him the unique ability to connect asset driven buyers and sellers across geographic lines.
Previously, Andrew was a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman and Wakefield, where he worked alongside Josh Lipton. With Josh, he sold more than 50 properties for a total value in excess of $350 million. Andrew began his career in brokerage at Massey Knakal Realty Services and, prior to that, he worked in wealth management at Wells Fargo Advisors and at the private equity firm Emerald Creek Capital in New York City.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University (NYU). At NYU, he was Philanthropy Chair and an Executive Member of the NYU Stern Real Estate Club. Andrew also studied in Prague for six months and has traveled to over 30 countries. He is fluent in Russian, and has studied Spanish and Mandarin for over eight years. In his free time, Andrew plays hockey and tennis and is involved with the USTA Jana Hunsaker Wheelchair Tennis Tournament. He also enjoys exploring the City and the musical and cultural venues it has to offer.
Among many accolades, Andrew was recently honored as one of Commercial Observer’s “Top 30 Under 30 Brokers in NYC”, as well as ONE Commercial’s Rising Star Award – 2017.
